Thank you to everyone who hosted a culture table, our Kindergarten and 1st grade performers, Strings Enrichment, and volunteers who helped to make WorldFest a great success. This is one of our favorite events every year and this year was no different. It is our families, teachers, and community working together that make it a success! Thank you to Strawberry Crest NHS and Strawberry Crest Interact for volunteering and hosting tables this year.

Don't forget to submit your designs for the Hillsborough Reads Bookmark Contest! 📚

Help our students "Get Caught Reading!" by creating a colorful and engaging bookmark that celebrates our district-wide literacy initiative.

Educators and students in all grade levels can design a 2.5" x 7" bookmark for a chance to have their artwork professionally printed and shared across schools!

Entries are due to your school’s art teacher by EOD next Friday, Oct. 31. Winners will be announced in December!

It's time to collect peanut butter and jelly for our Fall Food Drive. Bring in peanut butter and jelly between October 22nd and October 29th, and the class with the most PB&J will win a special prize. Help us help our community!

Next week, October 27th - 31st, we will celebrate Red Ribbon Week. Each day students are invited to participate by wearing the designated accessories with their uniform and agreeing to say no to drugs and bullying and yes to healthy habits.

During National School Bus Safety Week, we celebrate our dedicated drivers and emphasize the importance of school bus safety for all—students, parents, and community members.

Thank you for sending your PAWS from Home! We had over 80 students represented on our PAWS board. We are proud of our students for being risk-takers! There are many students trying new foods, conquering fears, and stepping out of their comfort zone to try new things. Thank you to our families for recognizing your children and sharing their accomplishments with us.

Thank you for all the plastic bags you have sent in. We have collected our first 10 pounds of recyclable plastic bags! We are looking to collect over 100 pounds this year. Keep sending in those bags and we will keep you updated as we collect more.
