I am extremely grateful to serve as your Principal of Jennings Middle School.  As I enter my 7th year as the proud Principal, I am excited about the upcoming school year continuing to ensure Jennings Middle School (JMS) is a place for scholars to learn and grow.  JMS' motto is "We are LEAPing Into Greatness." The four pillars of expectations are LEAD, EXCEL, ACHIEVE, and PRIDE (LEAP).

Jaguar scholars will LEAD by example, to inspire and support others in their success.  We believe in nurturing leaders of tomorrow.  The classroom experiences are designed to foster leadership qualities in scholars, encouraging them to take initiative, make responsible decisions, and positively influence those around them. 

Jaguar scholars strive for EXCELLENCE is at the core in everything we do.  Our dedicated team of educators is committed to providing high-quality instruction and support to ensure every student reaches their full potential.  We continuously aim to create an environment where academic rigor and personal growth go hand in hand.

Jaguar scholars will vow to celebrate and recognize ACHIEVEMENTS, both of self and others, valuing hard work and dedication.  Celebrating achievements, both big and small, is integral to our school culture.  We recognize the hard work and dedication of our scholars and provide numerous opportunities to showcase their gifts, talents, and skills.  From academics to arts to athletics, we want to celebrate with you.

Jaguar scholars promise to take PRIDE in our efforts and accomplishments, maintaining integrity and humility in all that we do. Our goal is to instill a sense of pride in our scholars for our school, their achievements, and themselves.  Taking pride in their work, respecting their peers, and contributing positively to our school environment, our community, our country, and beyond.
