Welcome to Chiaramonte Elementary School! Established in 1972, our school proudly carries the name of Mr. Alfonso Chiaramonte—the first living person in Hillsborough County to have a school named in his honor. At just 23, Mr. Chiaramonte became the youngest school board member and went on to serve the longest term at that time. Alongside his wife, he generously donated over $60,000 to support academic excellence and ensure that every child had the opportunity to succeed. Today, we continue to honor their legacy by putting students first and fostering a learning environment where every child can thrive.
