Principal's Message

Kevin Stephenson, principal of Smith Middle School

I’m honored and excited to join Sgt. Smith Middle School this year. As a proud member of the Citrus Park community—where I live and have raised my family—I am deeply committed to serving our students, staff, and families. I look forward to bringing my 11 years of high school principal experience to support and strengthen this outstanding school. Together, we will build on the strong foundation already in place and continue the success Sgt. Smith has achieved in recent years.

This program gives students the opportunity to become confident, responsible, reflective, innovative, and engaged learners in all content areas. This program also helps students develop critical thinking skills, become collaborative and active learners and more to help them prepare for AICE classes in high school.
