Principal's Message

Welcome to Brandon Adult and Community School!

Dear Students, Families, and Community Members,

Welcome to a new year at Brandon Adult and Community School! We are excited to have you join us in our mission to provide lifelong learning opportunities that empower, enrich, and inspire.

My name is Ms. Susan Balke, and I am honored to serve as the Community School Administrator. I have had the privilege of working in the Brandon community for the past 12 years, and it has truly been a wonderful and rewarding experience. The connections I’ve made and the growth I’ve witnessed in our students and programs have been inspiring.

As we begin this new school year, I look forward to continuing our work together—supporting student success, fostering partnerships, and building a vibrant learning environment for all. Whether you're here to complete your high school diploma, earn a GED, or enroll in English (ESL) classes, you are an important part of our community.

Thank you for being part of the Brandon Adult and Community School family. Let’s make this year one of growth, opportunity, and achievement.

ESOL

English Language Learners (ELL)

The English Language Learners (ELL) program is designed to provide academic, social, cultural, and support services to adult English Language Learners (ELL) who are in need of English classes due to their low English language proficiency. We offer ESOL classes to teach Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening; academic English classes to teach academic skills necessary for students for post-secondary education.
