I am excited to begin my first full school year as principal of Dover Elementary. Having grown up in the nearby farming community of Turkey Creek, I have a deep appreciation for the strength, values, and close-knit relationships that make rural communities so special.

I firmly believe that every child can reach their full potential, and that strong partnerships among students, families, and staff are essential to a successful school. I am committed to leading with integrity, ensuring my actions reflect my words, and fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, challenged, and inspired to succeed.
