Whether you’re new to TBK8 or returning, be sure to connect to Artsonia where you can view your child’s artwork and send encouraging messages to your child about their art. If there’s a special someone who would love your child’s art on an item (towel, mug, necklace, ornament, etc.), Artsonia provides that option and has a wide range of items to choose from. Plus, 20% of the proceeds come back to the TBK8 Art Department! If you’ve been at TBK8 for a while but haven’t connected, we have your child’s artwork all the way back to the 21-22 school year!
Parents of middle schoolers:
Did your child attend TBK8 for his/her elementary years? Your child has artwork online for you to see and admire.
Is your child new to TBK8 and taking art class right now? Your child WILL have artwork posted soon, so be sure to connect.

Join us on November 20 for the annual Great American Teach-In. We need guest speakers to share about their careers and hobbies. Signup at https://tinyurl.com/TBK8gati2025

We invite you to participate in a clothing drive sponsored by TBK8's FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) chapter. They are teaming up with Green Closet in a one-week used clothing drive that promotes sustainability and empowers students. Donations are being collected week of November 10-14.
Clothing collected will be reused or recycled. By reusing clothing, we not only extend its life but also reduce waste, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and save the energy and water that would otherwise be used to produce new garments. Reusing clothing also helps families in need across many communities and allows them to afford clothing at 4-10 lower cost than new clothes which they can rarely afford. This process not only supports people directly but also helps boost local economies and provides jobs for families in the textile reuse and recycling industries. A portion of the collected proceeds goes directly back FBLA and our school’s initiatives. The textiles that cannot be reused are recycled into products such as rugs, insulation, and bedding fill, ensuring that almost nothing goes to waste.

Join us as we honor their stories and recognize the voices that continue to shape and strengthen our communities.

We thank the brave service members and their families, including the 4,000 military-connected families in Hillsborough County Public Schools. Your dedication and sacrifices inspire our school community!
