This national competition encourages middle and high school students to learn coding and create innovative applications that address real-world problems.
🥇 1st Place: Sarayu Karedla, Yashika Garg, and Navita Mishira (Middleton High School) — NeuroPath App: An AI-powered app designed to detect and monitor neurodegenerative diseases, supporting earlier diagnosis and care.
🥈 2nd Place: Alex Sun (Steinbrenner High School) — RemindMe App: An app created to help individuals with memory-related conditions stay connected with their loved ones.
🥉 3rd Place: Sahil Patel, Krishiv Patel, and Shaan Patel (Steinbrenner High School) — CareConnect App: An app that connects people in need of assistance with those ready to help.

For the 3rd year in a row, our boys cross country team are Regional Champions with a record team combined time of 16:06. Luca Martin set a GSHS boys XC record with 15:17 finishing 2nd overall & Max Tschopp set the record as the fastest XC Freshmen at GSHS with a time of 16:29.
Steinbrenner Senior Zac Myers has signed his National Letter of Intent with the University of Illinois on a full athletic scholarship for Division I Men’s Gymnastics.
Zac’s achievement reflects years of dedication, discipline, and academic excellence. Zac competes at the highest national level and has earned multiple USA Gymnastics national medals, represented Florida and Team USA, and was named to the 2024 USA Junior Elite National Team. Congratulations Zac!

The Steinbrenner High School Band, Orchestra, and Chorus have officially accepted an invitation to perform in the 2027 New Year’s Parade in Rome, Italy! 🇮🇹
Students will showcase their talents in parades and concerts throughout historic plazas in and around Rome. During the trip, they’ll also explore iconic sites such as the Colosseum, Pompeii, and Vatican City.

The boys Cross Country Team, "Boss Cross", won Districts, with 4 runners in the top 15. Lucan Martin won the overall and Jack Bronder finished third. Freshman Max Tschopp set a new GSHS HS XC record with a 16:29.5. We are very proud of these young men for their effort and commitment to one another. They will head to 4A Regionals next Saturday at North Port.
