Springhead Elementary is excited to offer K–1 families a fun and meaningful opportunity to learn together through a special collaboration with UF/IFAS and New Worlds Reading! This hands-on program invites parents and children to create simple, healthy meals while building important early literacy skills in an engaging, supportive setting. Families will work side by side during in-person sessions, strengthening both reading confidence and healthy habits. Space is limited to just 12–15 families, so early sign-up is encouraged. As a bonus, each participating family will receive 10 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables at every class. Don’t miss this exciting chance to connect, learn, and grow together!
