On December 2, 2025, at the School Board meeting, our very own Mrs. Cotto, 5th Grade Dual Language teacher, was formally recognized for earning her National Board
Certification, one of the highest distinctions an educator can achieve!
National Board Certification represents advanced expertise in teaching, deep reflection, and an unwavering commitment to student learning. This rigorous, performance-based process takes years of study, evidence gathering, and professional growth. Mrs. Cotto completed the entire process, all while continuing to pour into our students every single day.
