Each year we are required to conduct mandatory health screenings for the following grade levels and health checks:

Kindergarten- Vision Screening

1st grade- Vision screening, Height, and Weight check up

3rd grade- Vision screening, Height, and Weight check up

6th grade- Vision screening, Height and Weight check up and a Scoliosis exam.

Forms for 6th grade students regarding the Scoliosis exam will be sent home on 9/15.
