Please note:
Absences reported after 7:00am on the day of absence may not update records before the start of school, though all absences will still generate an automated notice.
Absences must be reported within 48 hours of the missed school day to be updated in attendance records.
Submitting this form does not guarantee an absence is excused. Families may use the form for up to 6 excused absences per school year. After that, a doctor’s or professional note is required.
Doctor/professional notes (e.g., doctor’s note, funeral program, court request, military forms) must be uploaded to the Focus Parent App or delivered directly to the school.
When completing the form, please provide your child’s name and student ID for accurate processing.
