Below are some answers to the most frequently asked questions we are seeing.

My child doesn't attend Hill Middle anymore, and I need their records, who do I contact?

-If your child is enrolling in another Hillsborough County Public School, the new school will contact us to request records. The new school also has access to Hillsborough County Schools student information system and can view records. If you child is moving out of state or county, please contact Ms. Frost our DP Clerk for situation specific information. She can be reached by email at tania.frost@hcps.net or phone; 813-975-7326.

I need to change who is able to pick up my child, can I make changes over the phone?

-Unfortunately, no. We take student safety seriously, therefore changes to who is allowed to pick your student up must be made in person. Please bring a photo ID with you.

If my student is late to school, do I need to walk inside with them to sign them in?

-Yes, for students to have an excused tardy, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
