SCOUTS meets every Wednesday during lunch, and over the past few sessions students have been hard at work designing and building their very own Pinewood Derby cars.
Today we gathered to celebrate their efforts with an exciting race day! Students cheered each other on as their cars sped down the track, showing off their creativity, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.
To mark the occasion, everyone enjoyed a cupcake and a few well-earned moments of fun together.
It was a great way to celebrate their hard work and the spirit of teamwork that makes SCOUTS such a special part of our school community.
A special thank you to Mr. Kyle and Ms. Missy for all of the great activities they bring to Dowdell.
