Mr. Anthony Halcyon visited Mrs. Pacelli’s class and shared his inspiring journey - from his early experiences as a paramedic to his current work as an environmental scientist, researcher, and global explorer. Students were captivated as he described his fieldwork with Hillsborough County, his research with the University of Florida, and his global travels .
He also spoke about the importance of environmental stewardship, cultural understanding, and giving back through education and travel. Our students left feeling curious about the many pathways in science and conservation.
We are grateful to Anthony Halcyon for bringing real-world science into our classroom and inspiring the next generation of environmental leaders!
