Chamber Orchestra received a Straight Superior

It's Women’s History Month, celebrating the women who bolster HCPS every day. Their accomplishments and commitment influence students' future. We honor educators, staff, administrators, and partners whose leadership elevates our district and motivates future leaders.

🥣✨ It’s National School Breakfast Week! HCPS celebrates the role of a nutritious start in students' learning, growth, and success. Thanks to our Student Nutrition Services team, students can enjoy free breakfast daily at school, helping them start the day focused and ready to excel. A big thank you to our cafeteria staff for fueling student achievement every day!

🎉 It’s National School Social Work Week! HCPS celebrates the dedicated professionals in the School Social Work Association of America who promote student success. Our social workers support mental health, families, and positive school climates, ensuring every student can thrive. Join us in appreciating our outstanding School Social Workers! 🙌

The Robotics club students will be working with VEX robotics kits and their imaginations to build and code robots of their own design. These robots will use a variety of sensors to complete a series of tasks on our robot obstacle course."




Benito's Game and Simulation students participated in the HCPS Game Jam on Feb. 24th. Ishan Ramakrishan, Sanay Srivastava, and Braden Kidd placed 2nd in Tier 2 Minecraft. Monessh Vigneshwaran, Vedang Pala, Safwan Mohamed Ashiq, and Keshav Kanani placed 3rd in Tier 4 Unity. The Benito teams competed against middle and high school students who are taking Game and Simulation courses in Hillsborough County -

Students spent the day diving into hands-on workforce development activities in the school library. With laptops open and support from staff, they explored future career pathways, completed interactive tasks, and learned about opportunities that can help them “Get There.”
