"It's just nice to meet another human who shares my affinity for elf culture." Our staff is getting in the holiday spirit dressing up as elves bringing a little North Pole energy to the school 🥰 A great big shout out to our Principal Dr. Toscani and our Assistant Principal Mrs. Swanson for always going the extra mile to put a smile on our Bobcats faces!!

Good morning, Bobcat families. The Holidays are near, and as a special service, our school is hosting a Lil' Shopper's Shoppe. What a day to remember! 🌟 Our Great American Teach-In yesterday was absolutely amazing! Students got to explore so many fascinating careers - from compassionate patient care professionals to weather-predicting meteorologists ☁️🌡️. They were wowed by the gymnastic coach's incredible skills 🤸♀️ and couldn't stop talking about the scaly visitors from Hexxuss Reptile Rescue 🐍. The excitement in their eyes as they discovered new possibilities was priceless! So many wonderful presenters shared their time and talents with our curious learners. A huge thank you to everyone who made this special day of learning and inspiration possible! ✨And an even bigger thank you to our amazing Guidance Counselor Mr. Shaw for organizing such and incredible day.

We want to hear from you😃Have you seen a staff member lead with HEART? Honesty, Effort, Achievement, Respect, and Teamwork! Tell us the staff member's name and what you saw by scanning the QR code below and we will give them the recognition they deserve! Thank you for your participation 🤩

1st and 2nd grade architects at work on a new challenge building the tallest (sturdy) tower using only cups and craft sticks. So many interesting designs 🤔 Failures = learning and improving, working together for the WIN!

Our little scientists were making predictions today! 🍂 What happens when we press leaves into dough? The kindergarteners had some fascinating theories! 🤔 They pressed, observed, and discovered the beautiful patterns and textures that nature creates. Their leaf imprints turned out amazing - each one unique just like our students!

Our 3rd graders explored the power of connections! 🌟 During our Seven Mindsets lesson, we discovered how we're all connected and why positive relationships matter so much. Students shared examples of their own important connections and brainstormed ways to strengthen them. 🤝 It's amazing to see them understand that our relationships truly shape our happiness and success!

What a heartwarming Veterans Day celebration we had on Friday! Our special breakfast honored those who served, with the incredible Bellamy Bobcat choir and Mrs. Shephard delivering a performance that left everyone speechless! 🎵 The students and staff showed such wonderful support, creating a truly meaningful experience for our veterans. These moments of gratitude and respect are what make our school community so special! 🌟

Our Bobcats showed their patriotic spirit! They honored our brave veterans by placing flags around the school grounds and flagpole. The colorful display was their way of saying "thank you" to those who served our country. The students took such pride in their work, carefully positioning each flag with respect and care. It was heartwarming to see them understand the importance of gratitude for our veterans' sacrifice.

There will be no classes on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. 🇺🇸
Classes will resume on Wednesday, November 12.
Enjoy the day as we honor and remember all who have served! ❤️🤍💙

Our little VPK Bobcats are turning mealtime into creative time! 🐛 They crafted adorable food caterpillars while learning about healthy eating habits. They discovered that nutritious food can be fun and playful too. This hands-on activity helped them understand food groups while developing fine motor skills. Who knew learning about nutrition could be this delightful? 🥕🍎

Any Bellamy families in need of food support: please know that there are always community resources available! Reach out anytime to our School Social Worker for more info. ☎️ 813-872-5387.

Our little mathematicians made a round discovery! 🎃 Kindergarteners explored shapes and learned that pumpkins are spheres without any vertices - no pointy corners to be found! They used their observational superpowers to identify different properties of shapes all around us! 🔍✨

Throughout Native American and Alaska Native Heritage Month, we celebrate the cultures, traditions, and lasting contributions of Native peoples across the United States.
