BMS Kicks Off Start with Hello! 💚⚡
Today our Bolts kicked off Start with Hello week by wearing green to show their support! Students started the day with positive affirmations in 1st period—keeping one for themselves and sharing one to brighten someone else’s day.
This simple act reminds us all that kindness matters and that reaching out can make a big difference. Tomorrow, we’ll keep the momentum going by wearing our favorite colors.
Together, we ⚡strike together⚡ and 💚shine brighter💚 at BMS!

It's National Arts in Education Week! 🎨🎭 HCPS celebrates the importance of arts education, which fosters creativity, self-expression, and critical thinking across our district. Whether through painting, music, dance, or theater, the arts enrich student learning.

During National Latin & Hispanic Heritage Month, our school district celebrates the rich cultures, traditions, and achievements of Hispanic and Latino communities. 🇲🇽🇨🇺🇸🇻

🌾 Celebrating National Farm Safety & Health Week + Farm Animals Awareness Week! 💚⚡
This week, we proudly recognize National Farm Safety and Health Week and National Farm Animals Awareness Week—two important celebrations that highlight the essential role of agriculture in our lives and the importance of safety, care, and education in farming practices.
At our Land Lab, students in the Agriculture Department are getting hands-on experience in animal care, sustainable farming, and safety protocols. 🐓💚 From feeding and handling chickens to learning about biosecurity and humane treatment, our students are building skills that go far beyond the classroom.
📸 Featured this week: Our amazing students working with our flock of chickens—learning, laughing, and leading the way in responsible agriculture. Their enthusiasm and dedication are a powerful reminder of how education and experience go hand-in-hand in shaping the future of farming. ⚡
We’re proud to support the next generation of agricultural leaders and to promote safe, healthy, and compassionate farming practices. 🌱💚⚡
