    • Incoming Kindergarten Parents 

      Ready for KG

      🐸🎒 Remember, your child’s Kindergarten registration is not complete until all the documentation is filled out and completed. This is what you will need: 

      - Birth Certificate 
      - Social Security Card 
      - Florida Physical HRS Form 
      - Florida Immunization Record 
      - Two forms of verification of address. Examples: utility bill, lease...
