Principal's Message

Elizabeth Padilla Garay, Principal

I am Elizabeth Padilla Garay, the proud new principal of Pierce Middle School. At Pierce, we are deeply committed to every child’s learning and growth. Our school offers a successful three-year Dual Language Program, reflecting the strength and pride of our rich Hispanic community — a true hub of culture and connection in the area.

Our dedicated teachers strive for excellence every day, fostering a learning environment where students take ownership of their education and are encouraged to give back to the community. We warmly welcome all families, partners, and stakeholders to be part of our vibrant Pierce family.

Together, we aim high — just like Archers do.

STAD

Spirit Team & Archer Dolls

Spirit Team and Archer Dolls Established in 2004, program was created for middle school aged participants that places emphasis on scholarship, leadership, school pride and community service. Students are activated a minimum of 4 hours weekly volunteering their time to a variety of endeavors. With over 600 participants since its inception, the program has extended opportunities to students to be campus leaders, be a part of Tampa Bay community philanthropic events, promote academic achievement and student attendance on campus. Annually the team is selected with a calendar that spans the school year. Students must complete an application, an essay, receive teacher recommendations and maintain excellent grades and conduct. The team is available each school year to participate in district and school site events.
