Your student has worked hard the first half of the year to get to their current reading level. Don't let them backslide over the break. Have your student read for 20 minutes each day.
A fun way for your student to keep track of their reading minutes is by participating in Superintendent Ayres' Winter Reading Challenge. By entering their reading minutes in Beanstack, they can earn online badges and prizes. In addition to Mr. Ayre's prizes, Mrs. Fiske in the Media Center will be awarding prizes to all students earning badges.
