    Senior Parking Decal

    Step 1: Fill out Microsoft form by July 29th (sent through ParentLink and available on Facebook and the website)

    Step 2: Pay $30 for the decal through MyPaymentsPlus starting July 30th.

    Step 3: Bring license, current registration and valid proof of insurance on July 31st or August 1st from 8 am to 12 pm to the cafeteria to pick up your decal.

    Students must have a valid driver's license in order to purchase a decal. If a student gets their license after the initial sale, they will be placed on a waiting list.

    Seniors will have priority over Juniors on the waiting list.

    Junior Parking Decal

    Step 1: Fill out Microsoft form by August 1st (sent through ParentLink and available on Facebook and the website)

    Step 2: If you are notified that your student was picked in the lottery, you will receive a message of how and where to pick up your parking decal.

    Juniors must have valid driver's license, current registration, and valid proof of insurance.

    Juniors not picked in the lottery will be notified and put on a waiting list.

    Students must be aware of the following:

    I understand that if I violate any of the parking policies, I risk having my parking privileges permanently revoked and/or other disciplinary action may be taken. I also understand parking pass

    suspension will begin after 6 tardies to 1st period. I also understand that my vehicle may be subject to search based on reasonable suspicion while parked on the Newsome High School campus.

    If my vehicle information changes, it is my responsibility to update that information in the student affairs office. My permit is only to be used by myself and the registered vehicle.

    Failure to comply with this will result in discipline or loss of parking permit. If I lose my parking permit, I will not be issued a new one and no refund will be issued.

    Student parking will only occur in the student parking lot near the stadium. Overflow parking and parking in the front of the school is not permitted.

    All students must exit their vehicle at 8am promptly, or upon arrival after 8am. The gate to the student parking lot opens at 7:40am.

    The speed limit is 5 mph on campus. If selected, parking decals are $30.

    Enrollment Packet Requirements:


    1.) 2 proofs of Residency within the school boundaries. Per the School District of Hillsborough County, we can only accept the following:

    Homestead exemption

    Property Tax receipt

    Purchase of Home closing papers with signatures

    Current electric bill

    Warranty deed signed

    Lease agreement signed by Landlord and Tenant

    2.) Birth Certificate

    3.) School entry Physical Exam within the last year.

    4.) Immunizations on a Florida DH680 form (TDAP is required)

    5.) Last Report Card, Student Summary, or Transcript

    6.) Test Scores: (ACT, SAT, PSAT, etc.)

    7.) Social Security #

    8.) Elective sheet filled out completely


    Please make all copies of the above documents and bring them with the completed enrollment packet, thank you!


    Please note - No enrollment packet pick up or drop off during the week of July 15th.  We will resume on Monday, July 22nd.
