  • Employers with job openings

    Gaither High School has a Diversified Cooperative On-the-Job Training (OJT) program in which students apply skills learned in their Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses in a work setting.  Employers are welcome to send their employment opportunities to our OJT teacher @ to share with the students.

  • Programming for 2021-2022 

    Programming for school year 2021-2022 begins December 16, 2020.  Parents/Guardians are encouraged to discuss and review their student's course selections with them prior to submitting.  There are printed Course Selection Sheets available in the Guidance Office if needed.

    • Please complete the online course selection sheet only once.
    • If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to your counselor through Canvas or email.
    • All course requests are due by January 8th.

    Dear Parents and Students:

    While we are working to minimize exposure of our students and staff to possible COVID-19, we are asking parents to email their child's guidance counselor if there are any questions or concerns about their student's schedule that needs immediate attention  (i.e. already passed the course, no lunch period, missing a class or classes). Our counselors have been making substantial progress attending to scheduling needs.

    We ask your utmost patience as we are working as diligently as possible with high volumes of cases (it takes approximately 45 min to an hour per student) to rectify changes to schedules and your call/email is very important to us.
