Overview
To foster a collaborative culture with community organizations and partners that provide mentoring services to students within our district.  Through a shared responsibility approach, mentors will play a critical role in providing the support, guidance and encouragement needed for students to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Key Components
Provide standard operating procedures and training for mentoring partners.

Align accountability measures for schools and mentoring partners centered around the High Reliability Schools Framework. 

Inspire students to set and pursue academic and personal goals, fostering a sense of purpose, ambition, and school success. 

Long -Term Impact
To cultivate a positive attitude towards learning and school, thus increasing students’ overall engagement which contributes to enhanced academic performance at school.
