  • The Growth Management & Planning Department welcomes you to our website! Our department provides services for the School District, local governments and members of the public on a variety of topics generally related to the urban and regional planning.  This includes the siting of new schools and ancillary facilities, real estate issues, tracking new residential development, attendance boundary changes, onsite traffic circulations and bike and pedestrian access, and monitoring capacity at schools to ensure adequate space to serve new residential development.
