Building Code is responsible for administering document reviews and performing construction inspections to confirm building and fire code compliance and to insure contractor compliance with state and local regulatory standards and requirements in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of our students, faculty and the public.

The School Board requires that all modifications, renovations, alterations and remodeling to existing schools and school sites including additions, or demolition be reviewed and approved by the Office of the Building Official.  The Building Official is responsible for administering document reviews and performing construction inspections to confirm building and fire code compliance and to insure contractor compliance with state and local regulatory standards and requirements in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of our students, faculty and the public.
