MISSION
The mission of Visitor Management is to support the Security and Emergency Management mission by fostering a culture of safety and respect while demonstrating best practices in all areas of safety and site security.
PURPOSE
To maintain a safe and orderly school environment for our students, parents, staff, and community by ensuring compliance with district policies, procedures, and protocols; while adhering to federal, state, and local laws.
FOCUS
- Implement common practices aimed at safeguarding our students.
- Uphold safety procedures, protocols, and security requirements for ALL visitor types (visitor, contractor, staff, volunteer) to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Managing eligibility process of all district volunteers, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local laws; as well as district policies.
