Terminology

Agenda Summary -- The Agenda Summary lists the topics that are brought to the Board. We call topics "Agenda Items".

Agenda Item -- An Agenda Item may consist of two parts:

• Cover - Required formal paperwork which describes the Agenda Item.
• Support material/s - supporting documentation in pdf format.

NOTE:

Changes to Support Materials having been modified after an Agenda was released to the public may be seen by viewing an RSS feed. The link to the feed is found at the bottom of the Agenda Summary. This only applies to Agenda Summaries released after November 1, 2010.
