  • All State Choirs

We have three students all three who qualified to audition for this years All State Choirs be selected:

Juniors Jena Calderon and Juliana Shryock were selected into to All State Women's Choir and freshman, Braden Hall was selected into the All Stats Men's Choir.

This process involves taking a musicianship exam, then an individual sight singing assessment before two choral directors. The students then come back a month later and audition on excerpts from the very difficult music. Literally around 15,000 choral students in the state try and only 600 are chosen. I am so proud of these students who worked so hard for this accomplishment. Their concerts take place at the Straz Center on January 14th and 15, 2022.  If anyone of you would like to attend, please let me know and I will be happy to provide
