        Since the commencement of the 2011-2012 school year, the LAC has been a Florida Kid Care enrollment center. Parents may schedule appointments to complete online applications by contacting the LAC.

        Coptic Orthodox Charities
        Coptic Orthodox Charities, Inc (COC) is serving minority groups who are economically or physically disadvantaged by promoting and fostering health, strengthening families through education, alleviating poverty and promoting self sufficiency. Emphasis is placed on legal, social services, to refugees, asylees who are victims of torture, newly legal immigrants, and low income families.

        Department of Children and Families
        The Florida Department of Children and Families has adopted an integrated approach to programs and services as we work to help improve the lives of individuals and families... We protect children, the elderly and the disabled from abuse and neglect... We also offer services that help families on a day-to-day basis. We provide food stamps and temporary cash assistance and determine eligibility for Medicaid. We provide access to substance abuse and mental health treatment and we work with community partners who provide services to families threatened by homelessness and domestic violence.

        The Family Support & Resource Centers are regionally located throughout Hillsborough County (Brandon, Central Tampa, North Tampa, South County and Town 'N Country) to meet the needs of families from all walks of life. All programs and services are at no cost to any family or individual.

        Florida Coalition Against Human Trafficking
