The Farmworkers Career Development Program (FCDP) is a grant funded program supporting local migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Eligible students are provided workforce training leading to year-round employment.

The Administrative Offices for the FCDP are located at the Dover Family Learning Center within the San Jose Mission.
