District’s Sick Policy
Students with a fever of 100.5°F or greater cannot return to school until 24 hours after they have no fever, without medication or at the direction of their healthcare provider. This applies to all diseases, including Covid-19. Students with vomiting or diarrhea must also wait 24 hours before returning to school. If your child has a chronic health issue, consult your pediatrician to develop a school action plan. Meet with the nurse at your child's school and ask your pediatrician for assistance with an IEP or 504 Plan.
