Welcome to Jule F. Sumner High School, Home of the Stingrays! We are so glad you are here. Please review the following information for the procedures to register your student at our school.
Summer Hours

Monday & Wednesday 8:00am-11:40pm
Tuesday & Thursday 12:00pm-2:40pm
Items needed:
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Social Security Card
- Florida Physical
- Florida Shot Record
- Transcript from previous school with current withdrawal grades
- IEP (Individual Educational Plan for ESE Students)
- 504 Plan (provides classroom/testing accommodations)
- Proof of Residency (Two Documents Required): Utility Bill (electric, water or gas) or Utility Deposit Receipt AND Lease Agreement/Mortgage Statement/Homestead Exemption/ Property Tax Receipt/ Warranty Deed
- Current Florida Driver’s License or State ID
- Declaration of Domicile
- Transitioning to Active-Duty Military Order
- Migrant Address Verification Letter (migrant eligible students only)
If living with another family member: Student Residency Form C must be completed and provide all the above documentation in the name of the person with whom you reside. The person with whom you are residing with MUST be present, at the time of registration, with their proof of residency AND a valid ID. (**Reminder, this form is only good for one school year and will need to be completed for each year if this is still your living arrangement.)
Guardianship: If you are not the parent, you must present an official court document showing that you have educational and medical decision making on behalf of the student.
