Note: Individual program estimated costs are located on the 'Programs' page under specific course headings.
Florida residents are assessed tuition at the rate of $2.92 per class/clinical hour for full-time job preparation programs and $4.50 per class hour for part-time supplemental courses.
A Florida resident is defined as a person who has, or a dependent person whose parent or legal guardian has established and maintained legal residence in Florida for at least 12 months.
Non-Florida resident students pay $11.31 per class/clinical hour for job preparation programs and TBD per clock hour for supplemental courses, which is mandated by the Florida Legislature.
Tuition and costs "fee sheet" is provided to each student prior to registration indicating ESTIMATED costs associated with the program. Tuition is due at the beginning of each month for full-time programs and at the time of online registration for part-time courses.
Full-time job preparation students also pay a $20 non-refundable application fee, a $10 non-refundable test fee and a $20 non-refundable student activity fee (includes a photo ID, a parking tag, and library services).
Additional costs may include: required text books, uniforms, shoes, physical examinations, license or certification fees, classroom supplies, tools and equipment as determined by the program. Program fees are approximate and subject to change without notice. The tools/supplies prices reflect Erwin's bookstore prices; it is possible to purchase these items at lower prices through outside vendors. Current estimated costs for each program are listed on the individual program page.
