Items requested when making a CASAS appointment:

• Photo I.D.
• Social Security Card (if one has been issued to you)
• $10.00 test fee (cash, money order or credit/debit card - a $10.00 use fee is added to all credit/debit card transactions)

The CASAS is required prior to entry into ESOL Classes and is a diagnostic test to determine level placement.  The CASAS test is valid for four months.
