    Major Concepts/Content: This course is designed to develop competencies related to the role, regulations, and career path in the customer service industry.  You will develop the human relations, leadership, organization and communication skills appropriate for any career in the future.  This course allows students to practice these skills in an actual classroom setting. Students will be able to have a work station with teachers or office staff throughout campus.  Students are encouraged to join the co-curricular club Distributive Education Clubs of America.  (DECA) Industry Certifications in Microsoft Office or CIW Internet Business Associate are also available.
