*No appointments are necessary.

*You are welcome to stop by the school to pick up a packet. It will be needed to complete registration.

Step 1: Download and Complete the Checklist provided to ensure you will have all the documents needed for your appointment. Any concerns, please call the school.

Step 2: Download and Complete the Armwood Course Selection Link located here based upon the grade level of entry.

• 9th Grade Entry
• 10th Grade Entry
• 11th and 12th Grade Entry

Step 3: Complete the Free and Reduced Meals Application. Even if you know you are ineligible. Link

Step 4: Come to Armwood on your appointment date and time to finish Registration.

All Forms are Fillable PDFs. Upon completion of filling in your form, make sure to save, print to PDF or download (terms used based upon familiarity) to your computer. A Digital Signature is required to complete the forms. Please follow this guide to create your Digital Signature. Once the signature is created, you should never have to create it again.
