This is a four-year program at the Magnet Academies at Jefferson. Students must apply.
Provides students with:
- Rigorous content aligned with technical knowledge and skills
- How to apply principles of food science in cooking and baking techniques
- Demonstrate workplace safety procedures and communication skills
- Ability to use and care for commercial tools and equipment, demonstrate basic kitchen essentials
- Opportunity to showcase skills through FCCLA Competitions
