Dr. Jeremy Klein
Dr. Jeremy D. Klein is a native of Tampa, Florida and is a product of Hillsborough County Public Schools, having graduated from Leto High School. After graduation, Dr. Klein attended the University of South Florida where he received a Bachelor's degree in Music Education in 2003 and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership in 2010. Additionally, Dr. Klein also holds a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.
Dr. Klein held teaching positions at Robles Elementary, Monroe Middle School, and Robinson High School where he was Director of the Bands. In 2012, he was appointed as Assistant Principal for Student Affairs at Hillsborough High School, where he served for two years. In 2014, Dr. Klein was appointed as the Supervisor of Charter Schools and in 2015, he joined Jefferson High School as the Assistant Principal for Curriculum. In 2017, Dr. Klein transferred to Leto High School as part of the Turnaround Leadership Pathway Program as the Assistant Principal for Curriculum. He has also been a Master Trainer for Hillsborough County Public School, having taught classes on classroom management, curriculum, and teaching techniques. Additionally, he has been a guest lecturer at USF, Henderson State University, and New Mexico University.
Dr. Klein’s awards and honors include receiving the Tom Bishop Award from the Florida Band Association for his impact on the Band Program at Robinson High School, a Commendation from the Tampa City Council for his dedication and influence on his students, the 2009-2010 Teacher of the Year for Robinson High School, and the 2018 Hillsborough Counselors Association Administrator of the Year. Dr. Klein believes that as educators, we must exhaust all things to educate to the core of every student and to provide opportunities to help students prepare for their next chapter in life.

Ms. Allison Wright
Mrs. Wright is a product of Hillsborough County, having graduated from Spoto High School. This is also where she began her career, teaching Reading, English 1, and AP Literature as a Florida High Impact Teacher. She also coached JV Volleyball and sponsored National Honor Society while at Spoto. She then spent one year teaching at Riverview High School before making the move to Manatee County to become a Dean of Students at Parrish Community High School for the school’s first three years. Missing home, she returned to Hillsborough County as an Assistant Principal for Student Affairs at Sumner High School before excitedly being appointed the Assistant Principal for Curriculum at Brandon High School.
Mrs. Wright has two daughters who keep her busy, two dogs named Charlie (big Charlie and little Charlie) who enjoy barking at the wind, and a husband who coaches wrestling. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, supporting her husband’s wrestlers at tournaments, and relaxing at the beach or pool.

Mr. John Olewski
Mr. Olewski has his roots here in Tampa, and he is a graduate of Chamberlain High. 2022-23 is Mr. Olewski’s 22nd year with Hillsborough County Public Schools. He has taught all levels of math at H.B. Plant High, Jefferson High, and Freedom High, where he was Math Department Chair. Additionally, Mr. Olewski has supported teachers and students as an Assistant Principal at Middleton High and Gaither High. “Coach” Olewski has been a head boys tennis coach for 6 seasons and a head boys and girls swimming and diving coach for 6 seasons; he was voted Western Conference Boys Tennis Coach of the Year at Plant and Western Conference Boys Swimming and Diving Coach of the Year at Freedom. Mr. Olewski is an advanced open water scuba diver and a world traveler, having visited over 40 countries. Lastly, Mr. “O” is a former Eagle Scout – and now a Brandon Eagle...very fitting. He always has a smile on his face, so say "hi" and smile back when you see him in the halls.
Degrees: Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Oglethorpe University, Atlanta, Georgia. Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of South Florida.

Mr. Brent Cooper
Mr. Cooper was born and raised in San Jose, Ca. He attended Independence High School, which at the time was the 8th largest high school in the nation. After high school he attended the University of Nevada with the plan to be a music education major, however plans changed, and he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. After college he was hired by the Nevada Department of Public Safety where he was a state law enforcement officer for several years. Plans changed again and he came to Florida in 2009. He attended Saint Leo University graduating with his Master’s in Education: Instructional Leadership. He began his teaching career in Polk County at Kathleen High School as a social studies teacher, his favorite subject being US History. He moved to Hillsborough County teaching at Plant City High School in 2013, first in English, and then over to social studies. He has taught, Anthropology, Holocaust History, AP Government, US Government, US History, World History and Dual Enrollment courses in College Success with Hillsborough Community College. He is excited to begin his career in administration here at Brandon High School.
