The mission of the Library Media Center at Lomax Magnet Elementary is to meet the information needs of students and teachers while fostering a love of reading. Our library's collection is continually updated to provide relevant titles that support and enrich the curriculum. The diverse literature found in our collection has been carefully curated for our unique group of students in order to stimulate interest in reading for pleasure while strengthening their reading skills.  Additionally, Lomax's Library Media Center offers an abundance of reading and digital materials that support our magnet theme, The 4E's: Exploration, Expeditions, Electives, and Enrichment
