Howard W. Blake School of the Arts is an application and audition-based Magnet program.
- You must be either an incoming freshman or an incoming sophomore.
- You must apply online through the district portal! Please remember to use a regularly visited email address! All correspondence will be done through email.
- Students may apply for up to TWO programs. Students may only major in one program (NO DOUBLE MAJORING).
- Students will be emailed if they are invited to audition. Emails will provide step-by-step instructions for the audition process specific to the program applied for. If 2 programs are applied for, you will receive an email for each one.
- Students must prepare and submit their auditions based on the specific directions.
- Families will be notified by the district (via email) when offers are viewable in the district portal. Students who are not extended an offer may request feedback on their audition. Feedback is given via email response only.
