Consequences

First offense: 

• Send student to Room 112 with form to change clothes. 
• Form will be sent home with student to notify parent of First violation and entered in Student Notes. 

Second Offense: 

• Send student to Room 112 with form to change clothes.
• Form will be sent home with student to notify parent of Second violation and entered in Student Notes.

Third Offense: 

• Send student to Room 112 with form to change clothes.
• Form will be sent home with student and parent phone call will be made and entered in Student Notes. o Lunch Detention will be assigned.

Fourth Offense and all subsequent offenses: 

• Send student to Room 112 with form to change clothes. 
• Form will be sent home with student and Administration will conference with parent and entered in Student Notes. 
• Lunch Detention will be assigned.
