House Shields of Reddick
  • The Reddick house system was introduced in 2022.  Each student and adult on campus is a member of a "house", or team.  Each house has a house leader, a house color, and a theme. The purpose of the house system is to create unity on campus by bringing together students from kindergarten all the way to fifth grade through team-building activities, wearing house colors, and recognizing positive behavior.

Students have the opportunities to win house points throughout the year and help their house win the House Party Celebration every nine weeks.

Students can earn house points by:

    • arriving to school on time daily
    • exhibiting positive behavior
    • wearing the school uniform
    • displaying random acts of kindness
    • achieving academic growth and proficiency
    • showing school spirit
    • and many more!

Students entering kindergarten or who are new to Reddick will be assigned to a house upon registration and will remain a part of that house until they leave.  PreK students are part of the Orange house throughout PreK, and will be assigned a new house color upon entering Kindergarten.  PreK students do not compete for house points.  They are building community in other ways.

    The school uniform consists of:

    • solid colored shirt with no logos or words in the student's house color
    • Reddick spirit wear
    • jeans, shorts, or skirts without rips or holes
