    Mrs. Aliya Norman

    Mrs. Aliya Norman, Principal

    Mrs. Norman has worked as an Educator in Hillsborough County Public Schools for over 12 years.  She joined Reddick in 2022 as the Assistant Principal and was promoted to Principal in November 2023.

    Before joining the Reddick Elementary Family, she served as an Assistant Principal at Rampello K-8 Downtown Partnership School.   Mrs. Norman has also served as a Rti Resource Teacher and a Site-based Resource, where she supported Tier 1 English Language Arts and Behavior Intervention.

    Mrs. Norman is a doctoral student at the University of South Florida studying Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.

    In addition to her role as an educator, she is first and foremost a mother to two children, Nadia and Julian, and a wife to her husband, John.  She says, "I hold family values near to my heart and believe that my school family is an extension of my personal family."

    Mrs. Anna Stanton, Assistant Principal

    After graduating from Florida State University in 2015, Mrs. Stanton started her career in education as a substitute teacher in Poway, California. She relocated to Fort Myers, FL, where she taught Avid and Social Studies. After a move to Riverview in 2019, she worked as a Social Studies teacher, Avid teacher and Site Coordinator, and Magnet Lead Teacher. In 2024, she became the Assistant Principal at Reddick Elementary.

    One of her proudest accomplishments is her family. Mrs. Stanton is a mother to her young son, Logan, and a wife to her husband, Nick. She enjoys spending time with her family at the most magical place on Earth!
