Dual enrollment allows your student to earn credit toward a Florida certificate or degree and towards a high school diploma at the same time. Courses completed satisfactorily will allow your student to save time and money with free tuition and textbooks. Please note dual enrollment begins the college transcript and all courses should be taken very seriously. Dual enrollment grades are a factor in college admissions.
To qualify for dual enrollment, students must have an unweighted grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher and meet the test score requirements (SAT, ACT, or PERT). To learn more about dual enrollment, please visit HCC's dual enrollment website:
