School History

  • Oak Grove Elementary School is located on the site of the former Oak Grove Middle School around Sligh and Armenia. After major remodeling and construction, it was renamed Oak Grove Elementary School and established in 2001. Oak Grove received its name because of the many oak groves in the area. The school colors are hunter green and beige, and the mascot is the jaguar.
