Hillsborough High School

• Responsibilties: Responsible for all battalion activities.  Supervises, provides guidance and direction for the Battalion Staff Officers in ensuring all activities and training are planned, coordinate and executed efficiently. Builds an effective chain of command and develops a positive command climate. Ensure Cadet compliance with policies and procedures of the program. Continually looks for ways to improve the Battalion
• Personal Goal: After graduation I’m going to the United States Air Force as security forces (3P0X1).
• Support CIP: Provide guidance and direction to the staff and ensure that our goals were clearly stated and appropriate by using the SMART method

Batallion Executive Officer

• Responsibilities: Oversee all staff officers and ensure that all tasks assigned by the Battalion Commander are executed in a timely and effective manner. Ensure staff suspense dates are meet and remains knowledgeable of the current status staff actions.
• Personal Goals: Attend Florida State University and enroll in the forensic phycology program while working my way to a career in Military Intelligence.
• Support to CIP: Creating an informative brief based on JPA and our CIP to present to all companies and staff and lead the staff through the 7-step Problem Solving Process.

Battalion S1: Personnel Officer

• Responsibilities: Maintain updated administrative data in JUMS and create rosters for events like Football games and physical fitness
• Personal Goal: Graduate high school and attend Georgia Military College and pursue a business degree in finance and law. Also, I  want to enlist US Army.
• Support to CIP: Generated incentives in order to motivate cadets to accomplish our goal for the Cadet Challenge

Battalion S2: Security Officer

• Reponsibilities: Monitor distribution, inventory, and maintenance of all weapons
• Personal Goal: Join the US Marines Corps as Military Police officer.
• Support to CIP: I calculate Individual cadet percentiles

Battalion S3: Operations and Training Officer

• Responsibilities: Short term planning
• creating weekly training schedules and operation orders for the battalion and issuing the daily remainders for the companies.
• Personal Goal: Join the US Marines as an Infantry Officer.
• Support to CIP: Provide physical fitness training schedules for the battalion to improve Cadet Challenge scores by adding more exercises.

Battalion S4: Logistics Officer

• Responsibilites: Issuing uniforms to all cadets and monitoring inventory of all supplies in addition to managing the supply room. 
• •Personal Goal: Graduate high school, joining the US Army, as Air Missile Defense 14 P.
• •Support to CIP: Calculate company overall percentages based on individual cadet percentiles calculated by S2.

Battalion Command Sergeant Major

• Responsibilities: Oversee and Manage all enlisted personnel in the battalion and ensure all tasks assigned by the Battalion Commander are understood, supervised, and accomplished
• Personal Goal:  Become an Army Ranger as an Infantryman – 11x
• Support to CIP: Maintain Honor Company standing for Cadet Challenge.
