Principal's weekly message.

Longhorns:

This past week, we celebrated our Class of 2021!  Our seniors had their Yearbook Signing Party, enjoyed a delicious breakfast from the Village Inn, viewed their awesome senior video and were clapped out by the rest of the school.  It was awesome watching our seniors celebrate with each other before leaving campus for the last time!

This Wednesday, May 26, is our graduation day!  This is another reminder that May 26 will be an eLearning day for all our students and teachers.  Although everyone will be working virtually, breakfast and lunch will be served on our bus ramp between the hours of 7:30 am and 9:00 am.  All seniors and their parents were sent a separate email with all the information regarding graduation.  Please make sure you read the attachment in the separate senior Class of 2021 email so every senior is aware of the important information for your graduation day!

This week, beginning tomorrow, Monday, May 24, we will be administering final exams to any underclassmen who needs to take the exam to earn the credit for a particular course.  I have attached the exam schedule again to this email; it will also be posted on Canvas.  Please note that dismissal on exam days is at 3:45 except for Friday, May 28.  Dismissal on Friday, May 28, will be at 1:15.  Transportation will be provided, and breakfast and lunch will be served every day during Exam Week.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our student-athletes at the spring jamboree.  We are so excited for the fall and the start of the new football season!

This is my last Longhorn Weekly until the start of the 2021-2022 school year.  Thank you for your continued support throughout this entire school year. I wish all of you a wonderful, restful and healthy summer.

Go Longhorns,

Denise Savino, Principal
