Hello and Welcome! My name is Natalie McClain, and I am the proud Assistant Principal of Curriculum at Mann Middle School. This will be my second year at Mann, and I am extremely excited to work with our students, families, community and teachers/staff to make sure we are sailing in the right direction.

A little bit about myself and background. I am an award-winning educator who has been a public-school educator for 13 years in Tampa, Florida. I served as a teacher, mentor, and assistant principal in Hillsborough County Public Schools, the nation’s seventh-largest public-school district. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Graduate Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Tampa.

I began my career in 2013 as a social studies teacher and administrative resource teacher at Sligh Middle Magnet School and helped the school receive their first “C” school grade in school history. In 2021, I was promoted to Assistant Principal at Sumner High School & Academy 2027, where I served as the Assistant Principal for the first Middle School in Hillsborough County that was infused with a High School.

During my career as an educator and leader, I have worked tirelessly to advocate for all students. As I continue my work as an educational leader, I want to positively impact as many children's lives as possible by empowering them with the knowledge, strategies, and tools to effectively lead them to their own path of success.

I have been married for 18 years and have 3 amazing children. In my spare time, I like to watch my kids play softball/baseball, read books, watch Hallmark Christmas “corny” movies, go to Disney, go to concerts, travel abroad and enjoy life.

I am looking forward to serving, learning, supporting, and growing with our Mann Raiders.

Hello Raider Nation!

My name is Mr.  Matthew Caiati and I am excited to serve as your Assistant Principal of Administration for the 2024-2025 school year! My primary responsibilities as the APA include student athletics, campus facilities & maintenance, transportation, student nutrition, emergency drills, school rules & procedures, and field trips. Additionally, I will be working primarily with our 8th grade students, as well as our 7th grade students with last names M-Z as it pertains to student discipline or other concerns. This is my eleventh year in Hillsborough County Schools, and I am very passionate about serving as an educational leader within the community in which I reside. I am looking forward to serving, learning, supporting, and growing with out Mann Raiders.
