      Mental Health Resources
There are many challenges military students face due to their unique situation, such as having a parent deployed for extended periods of time, changing schools, and leaving friends.  Your child’s School Student Services staff, i.e. School Counselor, School Psychologist and/or School Social Worker can provide support and share resources to assist during these challenging times. Families can also visit the HCPS Mental Health Matters site for additional resources.

      Student Progression Plan
Provides families with academic information at the elementary, middle and high school level.

Military Mentors(M&Ms) Our incoming families can expect to be welcomed by our Military Mentors. M&Ms are student mentors that are selected from within the school. The M&M will assist in the transition of new students to our Dragon family. New military Dragons will have a buddy as they join the school and community. We have mentors throughout PYP and MYP to assist with integration into our Dragon family. Mentors are students who have an understanding of both Roland Park and military transitions.
